Paul and Sarah Redmond, a Nip/Tuck story, NC-17, Christian/Quentin, Christian/Kimber, AU after "Madison Berg," which is when I plotted it -- and I'm pretty thankful I did, given what happened later. And yes, it's a crossover, though I don't think you have to know that for the story to make sense.

LOL! I totally missed that! I even knew Rivka wrote it, and I've been reading her stuff since her XF fic days! Wonderful story! :)
