Quickly -- anyone know how to translate "money talks" properly? My Discworld story may not make it in time to be an official pinch-hit, but by G-d it will be properly declined. (Also, betas for said story would be appreciated, since now that I'm definitely missing the reveal deadline I might as well get some people to see if it's actually funny.)

"argentum" is "silver" and yes, "argentum loquitur" works. I think. But "argentia" doesn't make sense to me. Then again, it's been a while since I did Latin seriously.

That'd be "argentum", I think, in its sense of "money coined from silver." Or there's always "lucrum" -- "gain, profit"; by transference, "wealth." That would give you "lucrum loquitur", which would have the added advantage of alliteration.
