Oddly enough, there is a genre of porn that is seriously into cleaning up for others as a service thing; see this Dan Savage column (likely NSFW) (http://www.thestranger.com/seattle/SavageLove?oid=3442639).

But this stuff isn't kinky, it's just crass.
