...perhaps you should have the writers make more efforts to keep the words "out" and "about" out of guest characters' mouths. Especially if a sentence also includes words to the effect of "I'm from Peoria." Yeah, by way of Vancouver!

Lili the psychic said that when she touches people, she stops their hearts. Except in Canadian, it sounded like she stops people's hurts, and I thought it was like a Star Trek V thing, where she gave them a weird kind of bliss -- totally misunderstood what was going on.
Also, I liked my version better; I was so disappointed when I discovered the error.
As a Canadian, rogue accents are one of the highlights of Smallville and Supernatural for me! My fave guest actor ever is the gent who played Dr. Stewart (an early Lex minion) in "Onyx" and "Scare", who must have arrived in Smallville by way of Sudbury, the "round-aboot" way! Sounded exactly like my Dad.
