The lovely and talented iocaste needs a tape of "Unsafe." Can any one of you possibly help her out? If you can, please let her know at iocaste at AOL.

She and I actually met twice, once online and once in real life in a completely different context, and only after a while figured out that we were the same people. Has that ever happened to you? It was odd but fun.

A LiveJournal newbie friended me based on my being a law student and Harry Potter/Lord of the Rings fanfiction writer, and started following lots of my stories and journal entries last fall.

It wasn't until December when I posted an angsty entry about my Copyright final that she realized who I was--we'd been sitting next to each other in Copyright all semester long!

We've gotten to be really good friends now. Funny thing, the Internet!

Thanks for the kind offer, but she's pretty old-school -- her apartment walls are entirely covered with tapes and the occasional book. I offered the video file, but she's not yet fully into the digital world, I fear.
