Buffy Season 7 DVD help, please

I want to listen to Season 7 commentaries to figure out what Whedon et al. were thinking, but 30 minutes into the first episode it's clear I can't stand to listen to all of them. Are there any particular episodes where the commentaries are particularly insightful?

Uh, no?

Maybe the Goddard & director one on "Selfless." The one on "Lies My Parents Told Me" and "The Killer in Me" told me a lot about what they thought they were doing, though I still don't have any idea why they thought they needed to do that instead of, well, what *I* thought they needed to do.

The season opener has Joss, but it's actually not that much fun. That's why I wanted advice.
