Another reason I don't keep a gun in the house

runpunkrun gave us Litany by Billy Collins, which I thought was wonderful, so I looked him up. Two online poems that I liked were Flames, which is too short and perfectly vicious to spoil, and Nostalgia, which achieves its fond critique by a series of gorgeously thought-out exaggerations.

Yesterday I wore almost entirely shades of gray. The meaning of this is left as an exercise for the reader.
