Yes, sf is my main area of interest in fiction, though I read fantasy, mystery and the occasional general fiction book. I did read The Gate to Women's Country a number of years ago, and thought it was interesting and disturbing. Tepper's other work did not impress me as much, though it's hard to remember why -- I think maybe I felt she was stuck on a couple of ideas about nature and nurture, but that might be wrong. I think Gibbon's Decline and Fall was my second favorite.
