Like me, it's really, really, really white. (Unlike me, it probably won't sunburn after ten minutes outside.) Anyone who wanted to give me the gift of art would be rewarded with eternal gratitude, and possibly stories.
Among the tidbits are a few previously uncollected X-Files stories, as well as a new Smallville vid, available here (The Way It Really Is). Many thanks to
geekturnedvamp for reassurance on this one.

Thanks so much for the offer. Of course, if it gets to be a pain or real life interferes, don't worry about it.

The Way It Really Is
It's just perfect how it innocently starts with Lex doubting Clark and then spinning completely out of control into a world were the audience starts doubting Lex' POV.
How it moves from Lex wanting to be right about Clark but thinking he's wrong, to making him think that he's wrong about other things too. So he's *making* them right, even though they're really wrong (Helen). And then he's figuring out that he was right all along (about Clark), but now he doesn't want to be right anymore, rather living in his own illusions. Not to mention that even the "reality" might also be an illusion, because we all know that a part of Lex is really crazy and he might still be in the asylum or on the island.... *sigh* It's really beautifully done.
I'm really impressed with the way you managed to counterpoint Lex' wishes and the probable reality. Pointing out all my favorite scenes would take to long... But I really love the scene you cut to "looking through my window" were Lex is actually only looking at himself in the asylum mirror... and how then the cuts are becoming quicker, spiraling into the "starts to rain" collage... flowing back to the island - and then just jumping back into the story.. making it all unreal.
