dear_tiger: An excellent, beautifully written casefile from an OC’s POV. There’s a dragon in the desert outside Las Vegas who grants wishes … if you survive three nights. Nonexplicit Sam/Dean, and I don’t want to say that’s not central, though [spoilers redacted].
Revenge: I love that Emily is now destroying her own house, where she was happy, in service of her revenge. Just as she destroyed the other connections in her life. (I don't count Aiden and deep down I don't think she does, either.) Much as I hate to see Nolan abandon her, I loved how it came about: Jack telling him the truth he needed to hear, because they're friends, because Patrick is dangerous even if Emily is too. Forget the ridiculous voiceovers. That’s how you do symbolism.
