More Middleman is in the offing!  At least in graphic novel form. I signed up!

Joe Hill, Thumbprint: Graphic novel. A traumatized vet who participated in the horrors of Abu Ghraib begins to receive ominous messages—thumbprints. She becomes paranoid, though of course someone really is out to get her. Psychological horror with a standard arc: doing monstrous things, as well as having monstrous things done to you, can drive you out of your mind. It didn’t really move me.

What It Means To Be a Grown-Up: The Complete and Definitive Answer, ed. Joseph Fink: This Commonplace Books production is half successful, with some really trivial entries and some pretty good ones (the kids who survived the zombie apocalypse that killed off all the adults, the story of Ghost Rider’s rebel daughter who doesn’t want to turn into a flaming skull whenever she gets upset).
