Fringe: Hi, Joe Flanigan! Bye, Joe Flanigan! Lincoln is a badass in varying incarnations, no matter how dumb his haircut, and looking to develop the very same crush on Olivia in this version of the world. Astrid’s hair looks fantastic. Usual Fringe gore factor in effect; that was a horrific moment with the fingernail. I am looking forward to continued Olivia/Fauxlivia hostility, and other plot points.
SPN:I liked individual parts and am reserving judgment until I see more Dean characterization than alcoholism and depression. Those totally work for me as a place for him to start this season, but I’m hoping for more.
TVD: I think there’s a movie where one guy advises that if you throw up in front of a girl and she still likes you, she’s yours, or something like that? So, if you kill a guy and he still becomes your best friend, you’ve found a keeper. Take note, Damon. Also, cut your hair. Where is Bonnie, and why aren’t more people worried about Caroline’s location, and also HRG is her father, OMG. Still having so much fun!
As for other TV: I have dumped The Lying Game as too far outside my core interests, and Ringer is on the bubble, as is The Secret Circle—get interesting fast or go home; I don’t have that much time to watch TV!
So, in case there is a big migration to G+, I have set up a placeholder G+ after deleting my RivkaT account there. The email is separate from my other services, and I’m now using three different browsers so that I can have my Blogger identity separate from my Gmail identity (which will work until Google decides that my online name isn’t good enough for it for Reader and Gmail either). I’m not actively using it now. But if you want to find me there, I’m at Rivka Tee.
