It's a totally new state for me!  I passed Powell's Books, and it was large.  A city block of books.  I have to admit I'm more oriented towards the cramped and winding stacks of the Strand, but that's still a lot of books.

Also, welcome to America 2011: Millionaire uses stolen credit card to buy pizza.  Because he could.

I love Powells. The best thing, besides how many books they have, is you don't have to cart your purchases home in your suitcase. They'll ship them for next to nothing. I love Portland, too. I want to retire there, if I can afford it.
