What.
Okay, in theory I can imagine not loving this episode, but I ADORED it. It's like everybody loosened the stays, shook out their hair, and said "let's take this so far over the top we come up from the other side." I loved Oliver Queen (a first for me) and then he got in drag and looked good and then he lost his bra and looked even better, and then Emil sang and was awesome under (literal) pressure, and also I loved everybody else but mostly them and Chloe. It just seemed like the cast, the writers, the costumers, the props department, and everyone else decided to have a hell of a party onscreen, and although I still miss my S1-S3 love in a distant way, I enjoyed the ride tremendously.

I feel certain that large portions of the videoed part of this ep were adlibbed. I cannot explain the hilarity otherwise!
