This is so fantastic. I love how you give it a bit of set-up, then use sex to heighten all the emotions and impact, and then tell the story. It reminded me a lot, in structure, of Useful Arts (which is one of my favourite stories) without being the same. I also really loved the show-not-tell of how Jensen carved out more of a life outside of work; that he wasn't an asshole for prioritizing work but that the guys in his life were also right that he had more flexibility than he used.
Plus, I also love the way that you write Jensen's POV, which makes things that Jared does and say that would normally pull me out of the story for him being an entitled asshole, instead makes him sexy and compelling. (It helps knowing that Jensen has power.)
