Spn_bitesized is having a kink meme.

There are also a lot, and I mean a lot, of screencaps with inspiring images. Go, prompt; give me ideas!
Also: I’ll never be able to quit TWOP entirely when they can title a True Blood recap “Another Stackhouse Filibuster.” Speaking of shows: Covert Affairs seems charming. But how come all the kick-ass female law enforcers have to be blonde? I am looking forward to Maggie Q as Nikita. Still enjoying Pretty Little Liars, though if the cliffhanger wasn’t a huge tease I may explode: my favorite characters are Emily (who seems really honestly attracted to two different people) and Spencer (who gets a ton of play for a smart girl on TV), and no one is allowed to hurt them! The Gates is on the bubble—I want more to happen—and I’m just tolerating Haven to see if it gets better.
Eureka reminded me why I like it well beyond objectivity. They reinvented the show in a way that screws up all the functioning relationships, both the ones we remember and the ones we don’t! They sort of remembered that America has a racial history! When Fargo asked whether sanctioning meant killing, Jo said, “no, sanction like give us all a puppy”! I am a little nervous about Allison’s reaction to Kevin’s change, but at least they felt the need to have her justify her desire to stay with this version of Kevin? I mean, if Kevin was the moving force behind the change, then that means the question is one of honoring Kevin’s choice, which reminds me of Elizabeth Moon’s The Speed of Dark. And Kevin is probably the only character smart enough to calculate what he did, so it’s at least plausible for the character in that sense.

I've been thinking that for a while now! Most of my favorite awesome kick-ass heroines are blonde, and it's not because I prefer blondes - it's because that's who keeps getting cast. The Closer, Saving Grace, In Plain Sight, Haven, Covert Affairs, and probably more I'm not thinking about right now.

This year we do have Rizzoli & Isles, which gives us one brunette, anyway, although in budy-stuff it's common to have one brunette and one blonde, so I'm not sure if that counts.

Other thoughts: I really loved that they found a way to promote Jo without deposing Carter, because as was agreed last season, she's totally earned it and I think she'll be awesome. I'm hoping that it'll turn out that other-her kept arresting Zane because of some hate-crush on the guy, or he's her ex, or something, because I loved them together and I make a sadface at the idea of them being at odds. I like Tess and am happy to have her back for as long as we get to keep her. And I hope that Zoe gets back soon because it's just not right without her.
Also, that outfit Vincent was wearing was fierce.

I'm hoping that the resolution of the cliffhanger is that Emily-in-flight-from-Toby tripped over someone's body (Jenna?). Because Emily & Spencer are my favorites too.
