Pure glee. They're so sweet together, all earnest need to reassure each other that they're not going anywhere. Sam playing the partners card at the beginning, and your Dean with the lights back on, swimming in their relationship, their little world, like a dolphin playing with a bow wave. He's quite aware, in his own sidelong fashion, of what they're doing; practiced, even; and still purely natural and surprisable. And oh, what a good sport Sam was for so long! Forget demon blood or even the power to save lives, try walking away from that. I like the way he's incoherent even though he's the one who's got Dean tied up and helpless. Oh, so good!
