Eight Crazy Nights: seeking prompts

It's getting towards that time of year--less than a month to Hanukkah.  So prompt me for my Eight Crazy Nights of fic posting.  You might get a snippet, you might get a longer story.  Available fandoms are at least: SPN, Chuck, Fringe, SV, BtVS, XF, The Inside, and you're welcome to try your luck with anything else.  Multiple prompts welcome, though I will try to fill at least one of everyone's before circling back around.  Prompts need not be Hanukkah-themed.

Oh, I just rewatched The Inside and I'd almost forgotten how much I loved the show. Though I think I like it on a non shipping level...We never got Web's background...maybe have the team come across that? (OK, this is a novel rather than a ficlet prompt isn't it? :) Just...anything Inside (hey, just like CM, I bet there might be some great SPN xover potential...and now I wanna go see if ANYONE has written Inside/SPN xover....)

yeah, chuck is the one show that makes me laugh and can bring me to tears within one episode. It's such a good show. Not a lot of fic for it though. and it's a-okay if you can't go there on Chuck. :) (it would be like kicking a puppy...) Honestly, I'll read whatever you write because I love your stories so much.

SPN: The angels are obviously not above using unethical means to persuade Dean...well, Ben Braeden isn't the only person out there who's probably Dean's kid. (Just the only one Dean knows about so far.) And judging by Claire Novak, whatever makes Dean and Sam suitable angelic vessels has even odds (if not a guarantee) of being passed on to Dean's kids...
