Hey, all feedback is good feedback; LJ is a dandy place to post. It's interesting that I wrote Clark enmeshed with all these people who were big parts of his life, trying to juggle them, but Lex is all alone; he and Clark have the only speaking parts in his section.
Lex is totally the type to keep the Picasso under his bed, where he can pull it out, look at it, and snicker at his cleverness.

Thank you. I couldn't figure out what it was that I liked, but I liked the comparison between just them, and the world. But, hey, you summed it up for me. *g*
I know, LJ commenting has to be the slackest form of feedback possible, but... *g* I'm lazy.
I followed Jessica's link here, and wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed your fic. It was delightful to read. I was giggling with glee over some of the phrases ("Lex Luthor Light in Loafers" still has me smirking).
I really enjoyed your characterisation of Lex and Clark. I liked seeing Clark panic, having to face Lois, Lex and his parents (and how much do I love you for making them sympathetic? I am so sick of fics where these loving, supportive parents suddenly can't deal with one more point non-averageness from Clark... *grr*).
And I have a very soft spot for such an outraged Lex. ("I still know where to find kryptonite and I know exactly where to shove it." Hee!) I also liked the comparison between Clark and "a stolen Picasso under the bed". It was original, and unusual, and very appropriate for Lex.
So, smut, humour and a sweet, happy ending. I couldn't ask for more, Rivka.
