I am one of the people for whom Pushing Daisies didn't work -- I found it exhausting to watch, and I'm already exhausted! But I know there are a bunch of people who love it and I'm glad it got a full season order (pending the strike outcome, of course).
Chuck/Bryce would add an extra bit of betrayal into the mix, and there's no bad there.
