DC Comics just won a round in a battle with Kryptonite Corp., maker of bike locks and other things. Oh, how I would have loved to have drafted the complaint, which features statements such as, "DC Comics has also featured a variety of other forms of Kryptonite, including Gold Kryptonite, Blue Kryptonite, and Anti-Kryptonite. Compl. ΒΆ 9-22."
And the article I saw on it featured a picture of Lex as the head of DC Comics' Kryptonite Division.
