I'm not sure how Blair would do with the rough-and-tumble aspects of being an agent, but the politics? Killer. In fact, she would be a great partner for Scully because she would keep both their asses protected. You know Blair would have secret files on everybody.
Now that I think about it, the scariest duo ever would be Blair and Faith. They're opposite sides of the same terrifying coinage of female rage. If that makes any sense.
