Will Smith has a lot of charm; you just can't let yourself ask how the power mythology described works, because it falls apart on even casual inspection. I would have loved a Supreme Power version; I seized on scraps like LA not being very happy about the destruction caused by regular superhero fights. I will probably see Wanted next, if I can swing it.
