I am not now and never have been a member of pornish_pixies; I've only seen the drawing in the comments to the news thing, and I don't remember exactly where I "heard" this, so take it with a grain of salt, but somebody somewhere said that it was an illustration/accompaniment to a fic where Harry was older -- it was either an older futurefic story or a DH AU.
