Dare Me: we are 1/2 of the way through. However sapphic you think this story of cheerleaders in a small Ohio town and their dangerous relationship with their coach is going to be, you are wrong by at least an order of magnitude. "Do I want to fuck her or do I want to be her?" is the theme and the answer is: both, at least for our main POV character. Some of the content warnings: sexual assault, infidelity, gore both accidental and otherwise. The cinematography is really trying something and while it's not as successful as, say, Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, it is distinctive. Also, I'm not sure there's a male character whose role is more than "to cause problems," which might be the male version of the Sexy Lamp test.

Anybody else watching?

What show is this? I'm coming back around and I'm out of the loop big time. (I loved SCC though!)

Dare Me, on USA. Very different in almost every possible way but, like SCC, definitely *trying something* with cinematography unlike most TV shows.
