This particular version of Batman's logo is new. It used to be black on white or black on yellow.

Bacardi's logo has looked like that for years. Hope they don't sue the Dark Knight!

Nothing's filed on Lexis yet, but I did find that the Eastern District of Pennsylvania has an attorney whose first name is Bacardi. The widely differing uses of each logo may be a bar (unless you count the fake-Miami-Vice Barcadi commercials as "movies" or unless DC starts putting Batman logos on alcoholic beverages)
