Okay I admit I was thinking "repetition? As in -- multiple orgasm?" right off the bat there; but I've noticed for ages that I really like long, "wavy" stories with more than one climactic point (koff). The thing I just realized, though, is that this *predates* anything to do with orgasm. My favorite fairy tale as a kid was "The Golden Bird" -- long and complicated and sensual (lots of toppings on the pizza). I mean, can you even say the words "golden bridle" without practically swooning? (Yes, fairy tales had a big impact on my sexuality -- in our fairy tale books, the princes all had pageboy haircuts and long, drapy sleeves. And tights.) One-to-one correspondences are always suspect, I agree. But still...
