The paperback copy of "Gate" has a preview of Gibbon's, which seemed interesting, so I took it out of the library. I couldn't get into it at all. I just took "Sideshow". another Tepper book out, but I'm completely lost. I think maybe by reading "Gate" I just lucked onto a great sci fi story, but the rest of the genre doesn't seem to hold much appeal to me. Or at least the stories I've read so far haven't.
