when you go to the urgent care clinic and list your symptoms they will be unimpressed until you get to “gums hurting,” at which point you will be diagnosed with sinusitis and dosed with antibiotics.

Ha, I've had numerous bouts of sinusitis and never had that, but it's amazing how many people I've talked to who've gone to their dentist for a toothache and it turned out to be a sinus infection. I trust you're feeling better with the antibiotics? (Protip: it's also really important to keep your sinuses cleared of the drainage as much as possible, with Mucinex, moist heat to the face, etc.)
