That's an insanly hot fic, and I adore the characterisation of Sam and Dean and their relationship you got there; how much they trust and care for each other. Dean being needy without being weak, and Sam... oh god, Sam! I never knew I had a thing for bodyguard!Sam. Yeah, I don't think I'd ever be scared of anything if Sam was keeping watch (and getting bigger) in the corner.
And the little part in which Dean's thinking about how to say thanks to Sam, about taking him to the beach - awwww! That's such a nice touch.
