I began dropping into your blog just for the book reviews.
Fforde's Lost in a Good Book shows how much he learned after polishing and promoting TN1. It's more complex and the twists are much more difficult to see approaching. The Dodo takes on a bigger role, I had to go review the second law of thermodynamics again (Stoppard and Gabaldon made me do it before), and the Kafka & Whedon inspired chapters are wonderful sidebars like TN1's RIII outing.
I was happy to re-read both Fforde's books several times in the last year. 'Cause my Laurell K. Hamiltons all went to the bottom of The Big Box of Books in Storage.
Love the book reviews, as always
