I love that Dean calls Sam Samuel, like a private name for just the two of them.

And this is just the best image ever: Later, he sat on the grass by the side of the road while Sam was working on the car and looked out at the passing traffic, a beer in his hand and his ring glinting on his finger, radiating contentment like a tomcat.
