The way this story deepens the wrongness is... damn impressive. I can't believe I'm wistfully thinking of the days when incest felt vaguely wrong-but-interesting. Impala/Winchester: it's messing with my OTP, only with the body-switching, it's not. Or is it?
Putting aside all the car shenanigans, what felt most interesting and true is the way Sam, with rationality and cold forethought, slept with the Impala for the last remaining days until the spell's deadline ran out. It's kinda breath-taking, his cold-blooded ability to talk "Genie" into taking Dean's place, stringing her along with sex though his conscious mind was equating her with a dog or a monkey ("regrettable but acceptable"). I'm impressed and slightly frightened of your Sam. He's ruthless in pursuit of what he wants, and he really wanted to save Dean.
