I liked the story a lot, because of the way it plays off of the trust issues instilled by Clark and Lex by their fathers. And it plays up the perfidy of Smallville!Krypton. And I liked your Supergirl a lot (I loved the way you included several different backstories as rumors, meta nods at the audience like that are part of what makes fanfiction really rewarding to me.)
