That's such an interesting take; I had not thought of that at all. I'm not sure Lex believes in unforgivable acts, but he knows Clark does; and in this story that knowledge is what screws him up, because he's decided to stop asking questions of/about Clark. I found it much easier to write Lex forgiving Clark than Clark forgiving Lex, that's for sure.

I don't think I'm done, but it may very well be a long time between stories.
